Yes. Most of our clients live in Europe and have never travelled to Pakistan for their case. On the basis of a special power of attorney we handle family matters such as divorce, khula, guardianship and maintenance, as well as property matters. In suitable cases the court can record a client’s evidence by video link. Where Pakistani law requires personal appearance, for example in some criminal cases, we tell you on the first day.
